Now our lives are picking up a little bit (for the lucky ones) we might not have as much time as we have had recently in quarantine. This pasta takes 10 minutes to make, that’s it. Is SO easy and doesn’t need a lot of ingredients but it tastes so nice! I had to have seconds as I couldn’t leave another portion there without being eaten. Please try this and let me know what you think, ill definitely being using this recipe a lot more once life returns to being busy again!!

The total of ALL the ingredients came to £4.12 to serve 3 people.
